we invite artists & artisans to submit an artwork which will be a celebration of community.
Create an artwork that is 30 × 30cm in any subject matter and medium. Works from everyone that registers will be exhibited in Me You We Us*. Together our diverse works will come together to celebrate our creative Community.

The registration fee of $33 includes one 30 × 30cm wooden board on which you create your artwork.

Enjoy afternoon tea in the setting of an Art Gallery. Enjoy a selection of savoury and sweet delights and various teas as you gaze at over 100 artworks that will be on display as part of the Me You We Us group Art Exhibition.
You are invited to create an artwork (in any media and theme) which will be exhibited together to become a celebration of community.

The registration fee of $33 includes one 30 × 30cm wooden board on which you create your artwork. Exact size of board is either 304x304mm with a depth of or 305x305mm.
Boards can be collected from ARTROOM: 385 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt NSW or posted.
Entry fee covers one artwork & one board.
You may use either the front or back of the board.
Your artwork can be in any media and any style as long as it fits within the square 30x30cm board on all sides. (No protruding elements to the sides as artworks may be hung close to other artworks).
Any attached sculptural elements should not protrude more than 10cm (with no sharp or dangerous elements) & and any lighting elements must be battery operated only. Please ensure all parts of your artwork are securely attached
Artworks are not framed & no hanging attachments are required
Please clearly label (on the back of the artwork): artist name, artwork title, media used & artwork price (including commission). Please also indicate top of artwork.
If you would like to source own canvas, please ensure that the final size is 30x30 cm (please note, the entry fee will still be $33).
All artworks will be for sale. Please indicate the price of your work (including the 33% commission) on the back of your artwork.

Collect your canvas from the ARTROOM gallery studio workshops (Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm).

You must write your name and artwork title clearly on the back of the board (if you do not do this the installation team will label your work.)
Please note that works that cannot be identified are not eligible for exhibition.

Me You We Us Exhibition
Terms and Conditions
Works must be submitted either on the board provided or on a stretched canvas of 30 x 30 cm.
Artists must fill in the registration form and have the entry fee paid to be eligible to take part in Me You We Us exhibition.
Works must be made within the last 12 months from the date of the exhibition (8 October 2026).
The maximum depth including canvas is 12 cm.
Works can consist of any medium.
Works can be of any theme, however, must be suitable for hanging in an All-Ages art exhibition.
Works must not have any protruding or elements that can course injury to the installation team or viewer.
One entry is $33, which includes a 30 x 30cm board.
You may enter multiple times, with each entry costing $33.
If you choose to use your own board or canvas, the entry fee remains as $33.
If more than two entries are submitted by an artist, the works may or may not be hung together.
Works must not be framed.
Artwork must be labelled with the artist’s name, artwork title, media and price written clearly on the back of the work. You may also add your contacts details (social media and mobile number)
Registrations open: 1st August and close 31st August (or until sold out).
Pick up of boards: 5th-30th August (Wednesday till Sunday 11am- 4pm). Pick up address: ARTROOM, 385 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt
Works must be delivered to the ARTROOM between 30th September till 3rd October, from 11am - 4pm.
You can deliver earlier by prior arrangement.
Late works will not be accepted.
No hanging attachments are required.
ARTROOM will take 33% of all sales.
Unsold work can be collected 18 October from 4 pm after the closing ceremony. Then from ARTROOM: Wednesday October 21st through to Sunday 25th October, 11am till 4pm.
Entries not collected by Sunday October 31st will be disposed of at the discretion of management.
While all reasonable care will be taken, ARTROOM will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of artwork that may occur during or after the exhibition.
ARTROOM retains the right to use images of any entry for the promotional purposes and its programs.
ARTROOM reserves the right to not exhibit entries that breach the above terms and conditions
